To be able to make risk-adjusted and cross-business-process decisions in real-time, embedding risk insights into existing supply chains is crucial. Siemens AG is a pioneer when it comes to the strategy and implementation of a digital SCRM vision. In this practical presentation, Robert Morgner from Siemens AG will share why Siemens' global Digital E2E-Logistics Resilience Team, with their end-to-end value chain digitization/IoT platform, was recognized as a finalist for the renowned Werner von Siemens Prize, and why the project represents an approach for entering a holistic value chain metaverse.

This project was selected from more than 300 other digitization projects within Siemens AG and is considered an innovation pioneer on the way to the digital twin of the end-to-end value chain, another milestone in the long history of Siemens. The award as a finalist not only makes this clear, but also honors the competitiveness of the solution. This session will cover:
