Retail organizations have seen dramatic—and disruptive—changes in how they serve their markets over the last five years. COVID-19, coupled with consumer’s growing demands for omni-channel buying options, have supercharged retailers’ need for new technologies that manage complex systems across finance, marketing, distribution, supply-chain and payments.

  • Discussion of best practices in prioritizing retail sector technology investments
