To build upon the industry’s strong momentum, Iowa formed an industry-led Manufacturing 4.0 initiative  resulting in a strategic plan designed  to help Iowa-based manufacturers address Industry 4.0’s challenges of adopting new technologies, increasing productivity and competing for talent amid ongoing globalization.
