Ever since Thomas Edison was credited with conducting the first employment interview in the early part of the 20th century, there has been a steady march forward in the validity, fairness and efficiency of employment interviews based on insights from researchers and practitioners alike.
This webinar considers the recent significant advances in interviewing that leverage generative artificial intelligence such as ChatGPT and how organizations may leverage this technology in their hiring processes. More specifically, a simple “Interviewing Equation” framework is presented to help organizations define a profile(s) for the role(s) targeted in the interview process; design a process to efficiently measure the profile(s); and then train those involved in the interviewing process to use the process. Without a focus on this framework, even the most advanced AI technology cannot deliver optimal results in the interviewing process.
