Historically, we’ve spent way more time assessing students’ fact fluency than we have teaching it. As we shift away from memorization-only teaching practices, what corresponding shifts should we make in fluency assessment practices? Hear a panel of educators including Graham Fletcher and Tracy Johnston Zager, co-authors of the Building Fact Fluency toolkits for grades K–5, explore key questions.
