Digital QMS in Life Science Organizations

Sponsored content for IQVIA by studioID

ON DEMAND WEBINAR
Duration: 1 hour

Digital QMSs (Quality Management Systems) have arisen out of the Industry 4.0 initiative, the current industrial revolution triggered by innovation in technology. These innovations are driving organizations towards automation and seamless data exchange. By nature, the process is digital and paperless. The goal of Digital QMS is the same: automation and seamless integration to the organization’s technology ecosystem. And it, too, is paperless.

Going paperless is no easy feat for QMS, as its genesis is founded in paper documentation. Many organizations moving towards Digital QMS will start by simply automating their paper processes. However, this approach will build into the new process many of the same inefficiencies of paper processes, including serial processing, process delays, print control and management, and the re-entering of data from forms.

During this session we will review what our customers are doing to implement Digital QMS -- electronic forms, point-of-origin entry of data, electronic records, and more. Additionally, we will explore the impact of moving towards Digital QMS in life sciences in the areas of:

  • Data Security
  • Training
  • Validation
  • Organizational Culture
  • Technology Investments including AI/ML
